TikTok LIVE Fest celebrates the annual achievements of TikTok LIVE content creators from around the world. This year, we had the privilege of providing bespoke staging at the iconic Roundhouse in front of a 500-person audience. The event featured a prestigious awards ceremony and a series of high-profile gatherings, all part of an unforgettable week-long celebration.
Steeldeck Rentals delivered bespoke staging solutions tailored to the event’s specific needs. Thanks to the flexibility and variety of our deck shapes, we achieved a unique curved front edge and integrated complementary timberwork to bring the client’s vision to life. The project demanded precision and collaboration at every stage, ensuring a flawless execution.
The initial design was provided by creative brand agency Seen Presents, who were recommended to us following our custom installation at Copper Box for H&M. Working closely with them, we adapted and refined their creative concept to align with the venue’s practical requirements and ensure compatibility with our decks. Additionally, we partnered with the Roundhouse’s in-house technical team, seamlessly integrating some of their existing stock decks into the final staging design.
The meticulous planning process ensured a smooth build with no challenges during construction. Timber infills were crafted by our skilled freelance carpenters to achieve the precise design specifications. To meet the client’s exact requirements, we ensured all staging positions were marked and agreed upon in advance. The tight schedule was efficiently managed, allowing other suppliers to complete their work seamlessly.
