Access and VIP Stages and Seating for Carnival
For many years, Steeldeck Rentals has been proud to play a behind-the-scenes role in celebrating Notting Hill Carnival – London’s biggest street party every August Bank Holiday, supplying stages, seating, and access solutions. From the heart-pounding parades to show-stopping performances, our custom-built temporary installations help create the platforms (literally) that make the Carnival unforgettable.
In 2025, we once again delivered a bespoke access platform on the pavement and road near Westbourne Park Underground Station, ensuring safe and seamless movement and viewing for visitors. We also transformed the space outside Our Lady of Souls Church on Hazlewood Crescent into a VIP viewing area, built using our modular staging systems to give guests a prime spot to watch the parades and performers.
Across the Carnival, our team supplied dry hire equipment to a range of clients, including staging for performances, DJ risers and band platforms, and bar structures for buzzing hospitality zones. Thanks to our extensive stock of Steeldeck platforms, handrails, steps, and tiered seating, we were able to adapt to the unique demands of every site, keeping the celebrations flowing.
Our ongoing association with the Notting Hill Carnival showcases not only the versatility and strength of Steeldeck systems, but also our ability to scale up for major landmark events while supporting smaller, bespoke requirements.
