Kings Theatre Glasgow (September 2009)

Phase 1 of the auditorium refurbishment of a listed Matcham theatre involves the installation of a ring beam by Steeldeck to support the front of the auditorium. The ring beam has been designed to fulfil two further purposes: either the support of our orchestra pit rails or the support of our deck to extend the auditoria over the pit towards the stage. The orchestra rails incorporated our WedgeLock system which is also used at the back of the auditorium for use when a "back of stalls" sound mixing position is required.
